Len Battifarano brings 30 years of international insurance and business experience to BrokersLink. He began his insurance career in 1980, joining AIG after completing his graduate studies at Columbia University. Len spent five years abroad, working in Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Kuwait. He joined Alexander and Alexander in 1986 and for the next decade was responsible for global business development, focusing on Asia, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East and Europe. Len rejoined AIG in 1998 and, in his last tenure, was senior vice-president at AIG's international insurance company. Len is currently CEO of BrokersLink.

Paul Bitner is Chief Commercial Officer at BrokersLink. Prior to joining BrokersLink, he was a senior executive at Aon. He initiated his insurance career in 1981 and acquired vast experience in international insurance, reinsurance and risk management services while working for Johnson & Higgins, Alexander & Alexander and Aon. He has held key positions relating to Latin America and has handled many insurance programs for the region's major companies. He received his Master Degree in International Management from Baylor University and is fluent in Spanish.

Patrick is the Director and Chief Executive of Nova Insurance Consultants Limited, the broking operation of Fung Seng Enterprises Limited which is a leading conglomerate in the services industry employing nearly 13,000 people in Hong Kong. He started his career in the insurance industry in 1987. As well as spending more than 20 years in the brokerage business, Patrick gained Bancassurance experience whilst working at a leading international bank, where he had global responsibilities. He was elected President of the Hong Kong Insurers Club for 2010/11 and is currently Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Confederation of Insurance Brokers. At BrokersLink, Patrick is Chief Operating Officer for Asia.

Jacqueline Legrand is Managing Director at Frank Crystal & Company, where she oversees all international insurance programs. Prior to joining Frank Crystal she was a member of the Board at Theoreme, a French insurance brokerage company. Jacqueline has extensive international insurance experience and works primarily with multinational clients. She received her Bachelor of Sciences in Mathematics and Physics and her MBA from ESLSCA Paris. She is fluent in English and French. In the USA she earned the Associate in Risk Management designation (ARM). At BrokersLink, Jacqueline is Chief Operating Officer for North America.

Sandra Santos Pereira began working in insurance in 2007, at MDS, the leading Portuguese insurance broker. Prior to joining MDS, Sandra worked in many local government institutions such as the Portuguese Catholic University, AEP (Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and AICEP (Business Development Agency). Sandra has a master's degree in Business Management and a PhD in Strategy from the University of Warwick (Warwick Business School). At BrokersLink, Sandra manages the daily operations and is Chief Operating Officer for Europe.
